A website submission is a request only. Your booking becomes confirmed after VARENNI approves the driver, agrees all vehicle-specific terms with you, receives any required payment and bond, and issues written confirmation.
1. Reservation requests
Select the exact vehicle, dates and handover preference. We review availability and the information supplied, then contact you with the final quote, kilometre allowance, bond, damage excess and eligibility conditions.
2. Driver eligibility
Every driver must hold a current full licence valid for the vehicle and for driving in Queensland. Minimum age, licence history and experience requirements may differ by vehicle and insurer. Additional drivers must be disclosed and approved before driving.
We may decline a request where a driver cannot satisfy vehicle, insurer, identity, payment, fraud-prevention or risk requirements.
3. Identity documents
Identity documents are not requested when checking availability. After a vehicle and dates are confirmed, Varenni provides a separate driver-verification step. For an Australian licence, that step requests clear images of the front and back. For an overseas licence, it may also request the passport photo page, recognised translation or international driving permit.
Images must be legible, current and belong to the proposed driver. Document uploads contain sensitive personal information—use only the continuation instructions sent by Varenni and read our Privacy Policy before submitting them.
4. Rates, kilometres, bond and excess
Website prices are starting daily rental rates in Australian dollars. The estimate does not include the security bond, damage excess, vehicle-specific kilometre charges, tolls, fuel or charging shortfall, cleaning, traffic infringements, delivery outside the included area, or other charges disclosed in the final agreement.
The applicable bond, damage excess, included kilometres and additional-kilometre rate will be shown in your written quote and rental agreement before payment.
5. Handover and return
Showroom collection is by appointment at 8 Lambert Road, Indooroopilly. Private Brisbane delivery is shown as an estimate in the form; airport and locations outside the normal service area require a quote. Bring the original documents used for approval.
Return the vehicle at the agreed time and place, in the agreed condition and with the required fuel or charge. Contact VARENNI immediately if delay, damage, warning lights, a collision or a police event occurs.

Is the online estimate the final price?
No. It is a useful estimate based on dates, daily rate and selected extras. Your written quote controls.
Can another person drive?
Only a driver named in the final agreement and approved by VARENNI may drive.
When is a bond released?
The release timing and conditions are stated in your vehicle-specific agreement. Bank processing times can apply after release.
Can I use the vehicle on a racetrack or for rideshare?
No unless VARENNI expressly agrees in writing and the activity is insured. Unapproved track, timed, competitive, rideshare, sub-hire or unlawful use is prohibited.
